Arrival and briefing
Land at Luwuk Airport where the captain meets you and drives to Estrella Hotel. Check in, rest by the pool, enjoy the ocean views. Optional afternoon visit to Piala Waterfall — twenty minutes away, natural pools in jungle setting, refreshing swim.

Gateway island and first crossing
Early breakfast, then ninety-minute drive north to Pagimana Harbor. Board the boat for crossing into Tomini Gulf. First stop at Pulau Puah for beach BBQ with fresh grilled fish on the sand, snorkeling over giant sponge reefs, and beach time. Puah is the gateway island where mainland becomes archipelago.

First stop at Pulau Puah for beach BBQ with fresh grilled fish on the sand, snorkeling over giant sponge reefs, and beach time. Puah is the gateway island where mainland becomes archipelago.
After lunch, continue toward Pulau Papan with a stop at a reef or sandbar along the way for additional snorkeling. Arrive at Pulau Papan Resort in the late afternoon, check in, and settle into the small island connected to Malenge by a 1.8km wooden bridge. Evening free to explore the resort or walk the bridge if desired.

Bajau village and northern coast
Morning visit to Pulau Papan's Bajau stilt village, walking the 1.8km wooden bridge over turquoise shallows to reach the traditional settlement. Explore nearby beaches, observe daily fishing life, then return to the boat.

Move north along Malenge's coast, stopping at reefs and sandbars depending on tide conditions. Snorkel the northern reef systems, then continue to your next accommodation at The Cliff Dive Resort, Sandy Bay Resort, or Sifa Resort on Malenge for the night.
