Your Mosaic journey begins upon arrival at Luwuk Airport, where our team welcomes you for a smooth, stress-free start. A private transfer takes you to Estrella Hotel, a hilltop retreat overlooking Luwuk Bay. Settle in with the pool, spa, and panoramic views that immediately soften the pace.

Your Mosaic journey begins upon arrival at Luwuk Airport, where our team welcomes you for a smooth, stress-free start. A private transfer takes you to Estrella Hotel, a hilltop retreat overlooking Luwuk Bay. Settle in with the pool, spa, and panoramic views that immediately soften the pace.
In the late afternoon, meet your guide for a welcome briefing and orientation—reviewing the days ahead, confirming your comfort levels (snorkeling, hiking, cultural interests), and setting the mood for your Togean Mosaic experience.
Tonight we'll also confirm snorkeling and diving preferences, and introduce respectful cultural etiquette to prepare for the village encounters throughout the week.

After breakfast, depart Luwuk for Pagimana Harbor and board the private boat "Toki Toki," setting course into the Togean Islands. First stop: the reefs and beaches of Puah Island archipelago, where you'll snorkel or dive over vibrant coral gardens, then settle into a secluded beach barbecue with fresh fish and seafood, sandy toes, and open sky.

By afternoon, continue toward Malenge and check in at The Cliff Dive Resort for your first island night. Before sunset, take a boat ride to Pulau Papan for a respectful encounter with the Bajau stilt-house village, walking the iconic wooden bridge and experiencing a community bound to the sea. Return to Malenge for a quiet evening that blends the day's two strongest threads: reefs and culture.
